•       Follow up home visit within 48 hours after birth

•      2 week, 4 week, and 6 week office visits

•       Breastfeeding support

•       Newborn exams

•       Newborn metabolic screening

•   Emotional assessments of the new mother

• Pap smear available at final postpartum visit

• Birth certificate filed with the state

• 6 week Postpartum lab draw to ensure levels return to normal range
